Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoKit Cloud ("Service"), operated by GLINR Studios ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The open-source GeoKit CLI is licensed under the MIT License and is not governed by these terms. These terms apply only to the GeoKit Cloud platform at geokit.dev.

2. Account Registration

To use GeoKit Cloud, you must create an account using GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and are liable for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

3. Service Description

GeoKit Cloud provides AI-readiness auditing, score tracking, monitoring, team management, and API access for websites. The Service audits publicly accessible web pages and does not access private or authenticated content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • • Use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have permission to audit
  • • Attempt to overwhelm, disrupt, or abuse the Service's infrastructure
  • • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas
  • • Use the Service to collect, scrape, or store personal data from third-party websites
  • • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • • Use the API to build a competing product or service

5. Plans & Billing

GeoKit Cloud offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. After 30 days, refunds are provided at our discretion.

6. API Usage

API access is available on Pro and Team plans. API usage is subject to rate limits and monthly quotas as specified in your plan. We may throttle or suspend API access if usage is abusive or significantly exceeds your plan's allocation.

7. Intellectual Property

The GeoKit CLI is open source under the MIT License. The GeoKit Cloud platform, its design, brand, and proprietary features are owned by GLINR Studios and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your audit data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. Enterprise plans with SLA guarantees are available upon request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

GeoKit audit scores are advisory and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee that improving your GeoKit score will result in increased AI engine visibility or traffic.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a paid plan.

Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may export your data before closing your account.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
